Construction of Stage 2 “Ocean Views Release” is underway at The Cape!

23/2/2018

Comments

We are excited to announce that works are underway for the construction of Stage 2 at The Cape, which is due to be completed in July with titled lots soon afterwards.

Stage 2 Ocean Views Release features some premium and extremely rare “family heirloom” coastal home sites with views over the beautiful Bunurong Coast and Bass Strait. These home sites can never be built out and overlook large areas of parkland, habitat areas and wetland as well as the community garden, with a short walk or ride to swimming and surf beaches.

Our civil contractor Sure Constructions are currently on site working on building the roads and wetlands, and will be installing services including NBN with high speed optic fibre to each home site. Stage 2 is pre-selling very well with close to 40% of this stage now sold. If you have been thinking of buying a high quality home site at The Cape, now is the time to secure one.

Bass Coast Rail Trail - Have You Taken This Little Adventure?

2/2/2018

Picture
Breathtaking scenery awaits anyone who wants to venture out along the Wonthaggi to Kilcunda leg of the Bass Coast Rail Trail
If you have a bike and a yearning for beautiful scenery, then the Bass Coast Rail Trail beckons. A short 10 minutes drive from The Cape, this rail trail was once a vital link for transporting black coal from the Wonthaggi coalfields to Melbourne and beyond, powering Victoria’s steam train network. Starting in the heart of Wonthaggi, the rail trail heads in a westerly direction past the historic coal fields, before crossing rural country with a view towards the coast, wind farms, wetlands and dunes. After a few kilometres the trail crosses the picturesque Powlett River before taking in wetlands and other beautiful watercourses.
